SOLD 5-06  One of the very rarest Harleys you will ever find.  1984 Disc Glide.  Only produced for 1 year and then only 813 total units made. 1st yr. of the EVO engine, 1st year 5 sp. trans, last yr. of the chain drive. Factory chrome engine covers.  This bike was truly a special edition. Paint is a "scripted GENUINE HARLEY DAVIDSON".  This was Harley's way of getting away from their AMF woes. Paint is a tu-tone black and maroon.  Seat is tu-tone leather (black and brown) with a very rare matching backrest.  Front wheel is a 19" spoked, rear is a 16" HAND SPUN solid aluminum (not cast)  I have alot of documetaion on this bike including original magazine ad (sent to me from Harley) as well as a letter from Harley documenting that this bike is one of 813 total bikes made in this model.  Harley said that it was too expensive to build and they had to discontinue.  Only changes to bike are the handlebars ( I still have original Buckhorns) , an added windshield and pipes are Vance & Hines. Otherwise the bike is un-molested.
