SOLD 1988 1200 HD SPORTSTER, This bike was built from a salvage bike that had been in a rear collision. What you see here is a bike that was built from the ground up. The original neck was used on this frame so it still keeps the HD sporty title, the vin and the engine #'s match. rigid frame, 2 up 2 out with 40 degree rake, front has 4 inch over stock tubes. Black powdercoat frame. Tank and fenders have basecoat/clearcoat paint. Custom made oil tank. Custom fitted stainless brake lines. Calipers are stock from the Sportster. 2000 model stock softail forward controls. Custom leather seat. All the handlebar controls are stock. Has LED rear tail/brakelight. It has led turn signals on the rear but they are manual, they have to be flashed by using the turn button. Chain drive. The exhaust pipes are covered in black wrap. Tires are new, front is stock size with factory sporty spoke wheel, some of the spokes show rust on them but the chrome is in excellent shape. Rear is a new 180 avon on a solid polished aluminum 17x5 wheel. New chain and sprockets. Stock Sporty wiring harness. Bike is sold AS IS with no warranty whatsoever. All fresh fluids and tune up, strong running bike. This one of a kind bike. If I have missed anything email or call me, I check it frequently. Will come with a Clear Kentucky Rebuilt title, No Leins, ready to be signed over to new owner. Mileage is exempt/unknown - odometer on bike was damaged. Bike does not have speedometer/odometer on it now. Strong running excellent handling bike. Frame built by a professional fabricator/welder.
